Brimstone Outdoors: The "No-BS" Returns & Refund Policy

Look, we get it. Sometimes you order a set of broadheads thinking you're about to stalk a trophy stag, and then you realize you accidentally clicked the wrong grain size—or your missus saw the credit card statement, and you need to backpedal fast.

We’re a fair-dinkum Aussie business, and at Brimstone Outdoors, we care about two things: making top-notch gear and making sure you’re happy enough to share a cold one with us. If something’s legit wrong, we’ll sort it. Simple as that.

Here’s how we play it:

1. Broadheads & Arrow Shafts (30-Day Change of Mind)

If you bought hardware and realized it’s not quite what you needed, no stress. You’ve got 30 days from the day it lands on your doorstep to send it back.

  • The Condition: Must be completely unused, un-shot, and still in original packaging. If you’ve already stuck a broadhead into a foam target (or the fence post behind it), we can't take it back, mate.

  • The Catch: You’ll just need to cover the return postage to get it back to HQ.

2. Clothing & Merch (The Print-On-Demand Reality)

Here’s the honest truth on the threads: all our clothing is custom printed and fulfilled on demand just for you when you order. Because we don't hold a massive warehouse full of shirts, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for sizing slip-ups or general change of mind.

  • Check the Size Chart: Double-check your measurements before hitting buy!

  • Unless It’s Proper Cactus: If your kit arrives torn, severely misprinted, completely the wrong size/item compared to what you ordered, or looking like it was chewed on by a feral goat—it’s cactus. Hit us up with a photo and we’ll get a fresh replacement sent out straight away at no cost to you.

3. Faulty or Damaged Gear (Warranties)

We build our gear to take a flogging, but every now and then, the manufacturing gods play up.

If your broadheads or shafts arrive broken, defective, or clearly missing their mojo:

  1. Snap a photo or a quick video showing us the damage.

  2. Send it through to our support team with your order number.

  3. If it’s a legit fault, we’ll cover the return shipping and get a replacement, store credit, or a full refund sorted faster than a bushfire in a dry gully.

Note on Broadheads & Arrows: Breaking a shaft because you slapped a tree trunk at 60 yards isn't a warranty issue—that’s just target practice! But if a ferrule snaps under normal, intended use or arrives bent, we’ve got your back.

4. How to Return Hardware

Don't just chuck stuff in a post sack and pray. Follow these simple steps so we actually know who it belongs to:

  1. Shoot an email to lifestartsoutdoors@gmail.com / Contact Us with your order number and a quick note on what’s going on.

  2. We’ll send you the return address and a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  3. Pack it up safely (especially those broadheads—our postie’s fingers thank you in advance).

  4. Drop it off at Aussie Post.

5. Refunds & Processing

Once your hardware package arrives back at Brimstone HQ (or we verify your faulty item photos), we’ll process your refund, replacement, or store credit within 2 to 3 business days. Refunds go straight back to the original payment method you used.

The Bottom Line

We want you out in the bush with gear you actually trust. If you're ever properly stuck, just reach out and talk to us like the humans we all are — we’re reasonable blokes and we’ll always do our best to leave you sorted.
